I picked up diner to bring home. I ordered a white meat 2 piece extra crispy and a 3 piece original. Got home and opened up to find both two piece extra crispy. I got charged for what I ordered, not for what I received.Very disappointing that we couldnt get what we ordered and paid for

The ONLY good thing about this place is....I can 'squeeze' the chicken, and get enough oil to sell to the alternate fuel
I went to the Green Valley location twice yesterday and both times they could not get my order correct. Twice I asked for mashed potatoes with gravy. The first time I was given coleslaw ( yes I should have checked before leaving) The return visit I asked for what I ordered I had to pay for their mistake and they still refused to give me gravy. So I had potatoes and no gravy. The customer service sucks! We will never return to this restaurant. It needs a complete overhaul including a management team that will make sure the location is clean, food is fresh and orders are accurate.
