The last few times we have eaten at this KFC we were extremely disappointed. Chicken was greasy and over cooked. The biscuits were also over cooked. It used to be so much better.
The food is always delicious which is what keeps me coming back each time but this time I placed a mobile order for quick pickup and then when I got there I picked up my order and it's my mistake for not checking my order (they never forgot anything at the drive-thru before so I trusted) but they forgot my fries. I just feel like when you place a mobile order and its literally written out for you there's no excuse to be forgetting anything from the order. Needs to be taken more...read full review

1st time back in quite a while. The last time I made a purchase at this store the person at the drive thru had a terrible lackluster attitude and did not even apologize for spilling our beverage on to my lap. But she did offer to provide another one.This time I was very pleased with the service. The only negative was not understanding how and where to pick up an online order. Great improvement at this business.
