“I ordered through the drive-thru at Popeyes Louisiana Chicken and unfortunately the wait time was pretty long. It seemed like they were very understaffed and the employees were doing their best to keep up with the rush. When we finally got home, we realized that three items from our order were missing, which was definitely frustrating after the long wait.
I called the store to let them know what happened, and the manager handled it professionally with no problem at all. They told me to come back and they would make it right. When I returned, I spoke with Laura and she completely turned the experience around. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. She handled the situation quickly and professionally, and I really appreciated that.
Honestly, the staff working there seem to be doing a great job with the situation they’re put in. The bigger issue looks like corporate management not staffing enough people to handle the amount of business coming through. The employees clearly care and are working hard, but they can only do so much without proper support.
Thank you to Laura and the team for fixing the issue and making things right. The staff deserves recognition for doing the best they can with what they’ve been given.“

“The original fried chicken here is consistently good. I have tried the local competitor chain restaurant and grocery store delis and they just can’t get it right. This place does. The staff is attentive, service is fast and the restaurant is reasonably clean. Plastic knives and forks (not sporks) are a nice touch, as are the wet wipes. Keep up the good work!“
