A little disappointment... For years I have been ordering the taco salad with chicken or shredded beef to go. It included chips and salsa. When I went to pick up yesterday, No more chips for to go orders.
We celebrated my dad's birthday here. I got the carne asada steak and it was quite good. My wife had a margarita which she liked. And fried ice cream for dessert! It was pretty busy on a Sunday evening, which I guess is a good sign that it's a popular local place. I live in Tucson so don't usually make it down to Green valley.
I liked the atmosphere and food. I ordered the chimichanga enchilada style with a side of guacamole and sour cream. The red sauce was good. The atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon is chill. It seems like many of the neighborhood residents come to hang out drink, watch TV, and eat. There was only person who was tending the bar and taking orders. He did an awesome job and was very friendly.
