Have been here several times and the Mexican dishes were good. But today I ordered a Taco salad. The shell was stale and soggy. Shredded beef was ok as we're the refried beans. Not much flavor. Will not order them again. My partner had a chef salad. No flavor either. I've learned not to order salad at a Mexican restaurant.
For years we have gone and this is the gold standard we judge all other Mexican restaurants by.
The food has been excellent every time over the years. Salsa is so good! Sizzling fajitas! Breakfast burritos! The rice has never been duplicated anywhere else!

We ate at Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant yesterday, and everything was excellent! The salsas were fresh and full of flavor, the guacamole was absolutely delicious, and the beans and rice were some of the best we’ve had.
