I’m never disappointed with this McDonald’s but today I was. I got the 2 burger meal with an iced coffee that I wanted large but was given a medium and their excuse was it’s because it’s cheaper. If I wanted a medium I would have ordered a medium. I also ordered a large fry but I was very skimped out on my fries this time as if I was given small or medium fries in a large container.

Consistently incorrect drive thru orders have forced me to go to the Sahuarita location. I only stop here for ice tea since that's usually consistent.

Service was slow. No one around to help you as they are in the kitchen. No soda fountains so when you are waiting for your food you can’t drink your pop while waiting. It’s all around bad service.

Drive thru was fast until they told me to pull forward. Four cars were in ftom of me waiting for their food. I ordered a double big mac with cheese fries and soda..large, I also ordered a bag of ice. So....needless to say my ice melted quiet a bit.
Food was gross, horrible costumer service and no sodas available. I was missing items and the taste of food was terrible changing the oil on the fryer would make a huge difference

I have been waiting 20 minutes for an order to go. This is not the first time I have waited this long at this McDonalds location. When asked about my order after 20 minutes the response was “We are still waiting on it”. There was an order that was placed after my order with 6 meals that came out before mine. I know for a fact the friers get done with chicken items in 5 minutes. The bathrooms were also disgusting. There was an employee crying. They rolled their eyes when I mentioned they forgot my straws. They forgot half the sauce and napkins. They also made my daughters strawberry shake a smoothie and smoothies make her vomit from the texture and she cried because her sister got the shake with whipped cream and she did not get either. By the time we walked out of the restaurant it had been 28 minutes for a to go order.

Because I use the McDonald's app to get savings, I prefer ordering at a kiosk. However, if you need anything, there is usually no friendly face to give you jelly or napkins, or refills, etc. Today was pretty good. I spoke with 2 folks behind the counter, and one of them actually smiled and was courteous. Love the outdoor seating because we arrived on bicycles.

Shouldn't call it a drive-thru should call it a park through drive up order and go park every time and then half the time they either forget your drink or your order is wrong
