Pictured below was this morning burnt offerings from the McDonald's drive thru.
This culinary embarrassment was handmade meaning that a McDonald's crew member WILLFULLY, DELIBERATELY and INTENTIONALLY put this in my to-go bag. It undeniably speaks volumes to the lack of quality control oversight at McDonald's. If the McDonald's staff wouldn't want to eat this, I truly fail to understand why they felt compelled to serve it to a paying guest.
I should never have to return and reclaim funding that is wasted on inedible food, ruined food that no one would obviously want to eat.
Kudos to the management staff for promptly addressing the issue.
An obvious lack of pride at McDonald's and a serious lack of shame in what McDonald's is willing to pawn off as acceptable.

THIS NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED TO A GUEST.

TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE.

Food is always cold, fries are always gross and unsalted. No idea how it's this bad every single time.

Terrible and rude service

Cons: takes FOREVER to get your food. All the reviews say it! Listen to them.

Was told to park around front and wait for my order. Couldn’t actually pull around to the front as the waiting line for food was backed up to the drive thru window. I Slooooowly moved forward. Finally, get to the front of the line and as the lady walks up, with two brown freshly creased McDonald’s bags with no grease spots developing on them yet, I am asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food. Boy did she get me, because I always thought that when you are in the front of the line, you were next to get whatever you are waiting for, especially when she is carrying items in her hands that should belong to you, but also because the people behind you, especially in a drive thru, did not get there as early as you nor did they order before you. So now I am waiting, in the parking spot now and I now watch the 5 cars that were behind me get their food and happily move on with their life, and yes it was 5 cars, I counted and would like to consider myself pretty good at simple math. Anyway, after another ten minutes and the parking lot has cleared out along with the drive thru line already being emptied, my order FINALLY comes out. You may be asking yourself, well, what did this guy order, must’ve been a BIG order. Or, maybe he ordered some mystery burger or chicken or fish that McDonald’s has never heard of or at least the employees have not. Maybe they were sitting back there in the kitchen, scratching their heads, trying to figure out how in the heck do we make what this guy just ordered. They then sat around and came up with multiple different ways to accomplish this brand new mission that this mystery customer has brought to them. Well, I was starting to question myself as well, wondering if what I had just ordered was a new and different menu item. I had to confirm my suspicions and see if I could give these employees the benefit of doubt. So, I took this to google and had to look up the menu for McDonald’s. There it was, surrounded by stars and sparkles (there may have been a halo as well hard to tell from how bright it was shining right in my face) and I could hear the McDonald’s theme song playing as it lit up on my screen and on the menu! A good ole #3! That is a classic double quarter pounder with cheese! I would like to think this is probably one of the top burgers ordered or at this point a new mystery burger. I could be wrong after this visit. Now you are probably asking, was it a special order, as with no ketchup or onions, anything along those lines. Maybe he asked for one patty to be a slightly different temperature than the other (could you imagine one of the employees getting that as a request)? NOPE! I wanted it and ordered it like it is shown on the menu with the picture. Keep it simple and HOPEFULLY get my food, FAST. Overall wait time, 35 minutes. But I did have time to write a review.

Unfortunately this place is close to me so it makes it convenient to come here and get food. This isn’t the first time that waiting a long time for my food has been an issue here so I should’ve learned my lesson.

Anyway, read all the posts about this McDonald’s before coming here. It may benefit you to go down a couple more exits, where you will find another McDonald’s, still slow, but also more “fast” food options that are much faster. But, if you have the time and are in a mood to hang out and stare at everyone else getting their orders before you, this is the place!

Messed up order through the drive through but fixed it quick

It takes a while to get your order. My burger was cold and the cheese was even colder. I ordered ranch to go with the nuggets. It was on the receipt but they didn't bring it. It takes a while to get an employee to help you. A young lady finally came out, but instead of helping, she called for another employee to help. I guess the few seconds it would have taken to get the missing ranch was too much. It was better to take longer looking for another employee. Service is lacking and so is the food quality. For the price of the meal it should be better.

They don’t give you no straws or napkins and you barely get any sauces when asking for some

The Universe must be telling me to stop going there! Early morning stop food wrong, afternoon stop for a beverage, it was wrong.

Good prices on value meals and very positive vibes. Timely manner and clean.

It's mcdonalds, but like the slowest mcdonalds ever. 20 minutes for 1 burger is not fast food.

After waiting line for 15 minutes behind only 2 cars I took home 4 of the worst tasting Big Macs we have ever had. The special sauce was not what is supposed to be, its was sour and just plain bad tasting. I don't know if this is the current recipe or it was some weird substitute. Disappointing don't recommend.

Horrible costumer service

Cindy Wortman-Phillips

As usual overpaid high-school dropouts who can't understand what you order or aren't interested in helping you. The kiosks are pure garbage and laziness.

Went through drive thru and found something black stuck to the ice in our drink after driving down the road. I called and talked to them and they said their machine gets maintenance every month and that was the end of our conversation. Id post the picture but google didnt allow me to post the picture.
