20260822: Mountain View's pastries are highly regarded. I had lunch here, which was a hamburger on a brioche bun. The burger was what you might expect - a thin grilled patty, the lettuce, tomato, onion were all fresh. For desert, I had a pistachio cake.

I got the BBQ Beef sandwich; the lettuce was a nice touch for crunch, but it was definitely a messy sandwich, so be prepared! However, the BBQ was good.
I also got the lemon cake and strawberry cheesecake to-go. The lemon cake was dense and decadent with a creamy filling and the cheesecake is of a smoother consistency. I definitely preferred the lemon cake for its unique-ness!
Service was prompt and outstanding; all of the staff were kind and offered good suggestions.

I. thought that the food was delicious..All the ingredients were fresh and presented beautifully on the plate. The prickly pear iced tea was light and refreshing... I drank several glasses. The staff was warm and amazing,.. friendly and attentive. The pecan cheese cake was giant and and tasted delicious.. I will be going back again..
