My first and last time ordering at this facility. I came in for a pickup order and my experience was not good. I ordered the beef and vegetables with rice. As I sit down to enjoy my meal, Three bites into my meal, I bit down on a small pebble. Thank goodness it didn't hurt my teeth. After that, I couldn't even finish the meal. What a waste! How does a pebble get in the food?

Their vegetable egg fu young is delish. Lots of fresh veggies and good portions.
Been having issues with the other veggie dishes we order. Found chicken in our veg fried
rice for the 2nd time with pork this time too. Another veg dish had shrimp, pork, and chicken in it.
We may need to change to pick up to go over our order before taking out.

I've been enjoying Panda House meals for a year. The food is very good. I would eat there every day, if not for my high blood pressure. Lol. I particularly enjoy the: General Tso Chicken. Pork Lo Mein. Fried pork dumplings. Crab rangoon. And pork wonton. The service is fast, the staff are friendly, and any issue I've had has been promptly resolved beyond my expectations. Thank you for being in Green Valley Panda House! Many more years of good business to you.

I’ve ordered mai fun and lo mein here, and it was great. The pad Thai had no brown (tamarind) sauce or peanuts! It was delivery, so there was nothing to be done unless I was willing to drive it back to the restaurant. Such a bummer…had a bad day and wanted a treat. I lived in Thailand, and this was definitely not authentic. I guess I’ll stick with Chinese dishes at this restaurant.

Ordered food from here today. I ordered shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce, size large. (They sent a small container of rice). Shrimp lomein also size large. And an order of chicken wings. When the order arrived, before I opened the container with the chicken wings my daughter said it smelled funny. Upon further inspection I realized that it smelled like peanuts. When I opened the container it was all drum sticks, not a mix of flats and drums like most restaurants. And when I took a bite it was RAW. Still pink inside. Couldn’t/wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. When I called and explained what happened the worker told me they cook their food in SOY oil, even though their menu states that they cook with 100% vegetable oil. I requested a refund for only the chicken wings and she then said they can give me a discount for my next order. Yea no thank you. Now I have to go through the hassle of calling my card company to get a refund for inedible food.

Having eaten at this location for a few years, I question why I keep going back! They never get the pick up orders correct, always leaving something out or portions not as advertised. When you call them on it, they offer to replace if you come back in. Who is going to drive 25 mins back and inconvenience my family for dinner they have to wait for. Never will deliver the correct order unless it’s $30 or more. Staff denies that they put order in incorrectly even when you show them receipt showing how it was in fact ordered correctly.

This panda house is been my favorite since 2022 I come from rio Rico to just eat here and I recommend itit’s fast service and the cooks are fast they know what there doing and the food comes out always fresh and hot, the panda house on continental is good try it out you won’t regret it

My coworker and I went to have lunch on Wednesday. We had the lunch special from the buffet . The rice was hard my teriyaki chicken was cold and the shrimp were ok . It was a horrible experience. My coworker said her food was not the best either. Not a happy experience. When I told the server my food was cold and the rice was hard she said oh. I asked to speak to the manager and she responded the owner is not here he comes in at 4 pm . I told her to let the cook know the food was not the best . She said ok . Never going back again .
