Really slow service. As a result most customers were pissed within the establishment. Also, most staffers seem to be new, because the guy that put in my meal into the system had ordered more than I wanted.
Great deal is the $20 9 piece with a large side. We can turn that into 4 meals. Friendly staff, pickup order ready on time and accurate. IMHO, Popeyes is by far the best fried chicken chain
I ordered through the drive-thru at Popeyes Louisiana Chicken and unfortunately the wait time was pretty long. It seemed like they were very understaffed and the employees were doing their best to keep up with the rush. When we finally got home, we realized that three items from our order were missing, which was definitely frustrating after the long wait.
I called the store to let them know what happened, and the manager handled it professionally with no problem at all....
