I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac and Cheese. It was really tasty and a big portion size. They were super friendly and got the order out timely. I would go again and recommend it to someone who likes Mac and cheese.
Liked the corn, did put lime juice on it. Brisket sandwich was ok, pulled pork was dry, no sauce & they both needed a good spoon full of slaw, not a few pieces. Mac was rotini & cheese, put some seasoning on it. I appreciate the work it takes to feed picky public out of a truck! Next time....xtra bbq sauce, side of slaw, all's good!
I got the cajun shrimp mac and cheese from their food truck and the shrimp was great, but the mac (other than the cajun seasoning on top) was flavorless and also completely overcooked into super soft mush. Couldn't eat the mac but again, the shrimp was delicious. Maybe it was overcooked bc it's a food truck and they have to prepare things differently?
