First time here. Came looking for a broth to get rid of the heat. I got a beef broth with flour tortillas with chiltepin and oregano mmmmmm. My roommate got Father's Plate. The Father's Plate has nopal green beans zucchini with rice and beans with a salad on the side. I was a kid again eating my grandmas food back in Mexico. Highly recommend

Like an authentic Mexican Country Restaurant, unpretentious, very cheap in what appears to be a Mexican Neighborhood in side of a Mexican Mercado or Market Place as if in side of a fort !They seem to be serving mostly Mexican population and don’t even serve regular American Coffee.Food quality is good and authentic!You even have to buy the water in bottles!.Their Guacamole and Hot Sauce is very good and authentic.Don’t expect good coffee at all, that is unfortunate.

We tried this place one night for an early dinner. It was located in Guadalupe Mercado outdoor plaza. We entered and you walk up to the counter to order your food. I ordered the Chile Verde which was fantastic. My partner order the Carne Asada Burrito which was delicious. After you order you wait and they brought the food out to our table.
