Were visiting from NM and have been around these oast 8 days and we have to say this is absolutely 100% the Best food in town, a must try!!! The chicken and waffles are TO DIE FOR!! and the chicken fried steak is superb 👌 😋

Awesome breakfast!! We had avocado toast, chiliquiles and breakfast tacos, everything was perfect, portions were huge, great service...it is combined with San Diego seafood, Vanes sign is sorta subdued, just walk in!

$14 for a sandwich that looks like this is crazy! also Huevo ranchos we're so plane nothing special potatoes were the only good thing

I’ve lived a mile away from this place for years, and drove by hundreds of times, but just discovered it this week. Great food and service at reasonable prices. The bacon was cooked exactly the way I like (not too crisp or limp), but you can tell them if you like it crispier. There are no signs visible from the street. It’s inside the square. Plenty of parking on the north or south side, but I’ll be walking.

Sketchy area. Entry has spanish guys hanging out looking for day work. Inside a courtyard. Looking for unit #11, never found it. Wasn't sure I was in the right place till the menu arrived. Random music playing. Ordering 3 egg meat lovers omelet, potatoes, white toast. Water, apple juice. Juice very watered down. Omelet full of toppings. I'd eat here again

We consider ourselves regulars. This is hands down our favorite breakfast joint. The service is always quick and friendly. Sometimes theres a small wait because the food is cooked fresh, but ALWAYS worth it. We just had another wonderful breakfast now. Well be back soon!
