Excellent burro, great, quality ingredients. The chiles both red and green were great. Quaint, old time charm. We enjoyed it. Super Generous too. Our waitress was fabulous but I hope she can get some help. This place got slammed and she was the only one doing it all out front!
Truck driving couple from El Paso Tx., whom had the opportunity of stopping by this hidden gem. Our driving route had us take a detour due to fires burning. We we're just passing by & saw Maria's, pulled over & went in. As I stated before we truck drive coast to coast so we know good food. My husband had a combo plate & I had the flatuas. My group rides motorcycles, he's starting Mesa Arizona and we go for an hour and 20 minute ride to visit a little favorite Mexican restaurant. Very moderately priced absolutely delicious great service plenty of parking, and did I mention great service! Cuz if you are great service this is the place to go.
