We go to Alibeto's quite often because we love the Hatch Green Chili Cheese Crisp. It is absolutely delicious and crispy. We love pretty much everything they have to offer, BUT the other day around 7:00 PM we were there to have a burrito and the Hatch Green Chili Crisp. The staff was so awesome and easy to talk to. We came in with a large group and we didn't have time to notify them beforehand and they got all of us our food quickly and the food was an easy 10/10. Loved it!
We ended up finding Aliberto’s Mexican Restaurant because the other Mexican restaurant up the road was packed, and I am so glad we did. We usually go to the other place for a specific dish we really like, but Aliberto’s was just as good, if not better. It turned out to be a great surprise and one of those places you are happy you stumbled into.
