Nice people! I love doing business with locals and really wanted to love this place but there were some issues which I share solely in the hopes that they will listen and make improvements. (1) I wanted to order a combo so I could experience ALL of their meats but that was not available as a meal… and SHOULD be… did not come with any sides… which were “too” expensive to add on. So I ordered the brisket. (2) The brisket was flavorful but very dry. Hard to keep brisket...
Their brisket and meat is so good, and the Mac and cheese with brisket pulled pork and cream cheese I believe is my favorite and I spend so much money on it but it’s never a waste, I hope for smoke show barbecue to grow and be open more, maybe open a shop, add more to the menu cause man it’s already so good I wanna see and taste all that they have in store, you’ve already impressed me but what all do you got? Bring it on smoke house barbecue! Heber- overgaard wants you!!!
We hired Jesse and Sara to cater our wedding and it did not disappoint! Jesse and Sara specialize in barbecue food, but for the wedding they actually made us street tacos/taco salad-INCREDIBLE! The food was delicious. I had SO MANY people tell me it will be the most memorable wedding food they have ever had. They also prepared a soft pretzel bar with their specialty cheese for cocktail hour and it was to die for! They were so easy to work with and just the absolute sweetest people.
