“My wife and I stopped in there in Monday morning. We'd heard positive things about the place, and let me tell you... whoever said this place was good.... IT TELLING THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH! The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious! I had the Ultimate omelet w/o mushrooms! One of the best omelets I've ever had! If you're ever in the area, it's a MUST stop for great food!“

“We ended up finding Aliberto’s Mexican Restaurant because the other Mexican restaurant up the road was packed, and I am so glad we did. We usually go to the other place for a specific dish we really like, but Aliberto’s was just as good, if not better. It turned out to be a great surprise and one of those places you are happy you stumbled into.
The food was hot, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The portions were generous, and everything had that comforting, satisfying Mexican food feel without being overcomplicated. It was a casual and easygoing place, which made it even better because we were able to relax, eat, and enjoy the meal without a long wait.
The service was friendly, and the whole place felt welcoming. Sometimes the backup plan ends up being the better choice, and that was definitely the case here. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back again.
Aliberto’s is a solid spot whether you are local or just passing through. Good food, good portions, friendly service, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. We were really glad the other place was busy because it led us here.“

“We went there at 3:00pm for a late lunch while driving through Heber. We walked in at 3:00pm. We left after eating our lunch at 4:45pm. the service was so slow. several staff members walking around wasn't all that crowded. Our food was all room temperature. I felt that the staff was being purposely slow to do damage to the business. I wouldn't go again.“
