Best sake in the US! I used to live in Japan, so I know good sake when I taste it. This is very high quality. And you can get versions that use local ingredients, like desert herbs and prickly pear. Very inventive. I stock up on Arizona Sake whenever I'm in AZ.
I ordered Sake Lees (sake kasu).
It's hard to get bunch of sake lees in America. But now, we can get it here. I'm so glad to find here.

Fantastic sake, and very creative. Emailed them and was able to do a small tasting the next day. Also found out that umami mart in Oakland sells their sake now. Highly recommend for any tasting trip.Second photo is of how the color of the Prickly pear sake changes color over time.

It was closed when I visited, but i picked up a bottle from a nearby gas station. Solid sake and reasonable price.
Came from Wisconsin to Az for the summer. Luckily enough I heard about this place from Gastro Obscura. I am pretty new to sake, but easily the best I've ever tasted. Will have to buy another bottle on the way back. ありがとうございます。
