Came here as a recommendation from our host where we are staying at and so glad we did. Food was delicious and portions are perfect.
A quaint diner with an old time feel. Food was very good and service quick.

I drive through Holbrook 3-4 times a month... sometimes I stop next door to the hotel, and if I stop early enough I'll eat here.... I stopped tonight and got the BBQ Combo Plate, fries, cole slaw and a house salad. Also had a fountain drink.
The house salad was brought out first and by the time I finished it, I needed a refill. Jodi got my refill. I call my waitress Jodi, cause that's what's on my receipt.
I finished my salad, Jodi brought my food out... the BBQ meat and fries was amazing, but the Cole Slaw was dry and I only ate two fork fulls of it.
I finished my BBQ meat and fries, and my 2nd glass of Coke Zero and just sat there.
Jodi never did check on me after dropping off my BBQ plate, if she would, I could have told her about the Cole slaw. I just sat there for at least 15-20 minutes waiting for a check, drink, something... she finally came over...
First thing she said "oh sorry, I thought you skipped out and left."... REALLY?!?! I was accused of dipping out on a check!! I take offense to that!! I then told her about the Cole Slaw I couldn't finish.. she said sorry... she then gave me the check, and said "I'll meet you up front for payment.". She didn't care about the empty glass sitting there, i would would have taken a drink to go... I got up immediately and got to the front and paid. I thought maybe she'll comp my drink for the dry Cole Slaw.. nope, still had a $30 ticket!
I spent $30 with the restaurant for good food (except the Cole Slaw) and sub par service from the waitress Jodi.
Also to note, while I was there a group of 10 came in to eat... well they left after hearing a waitress say how bad of a day she was having to a customer. I'm not sure if it was my waitress saying that, but they wasn't going to risk having bad service and left before getting drinks.

Bienvenidos is bright and clean with good service, but the food is just bad. I ordered the small rib plate ... It was just three ribs and a scoop of restaurant-supply potato salad for $19. The ribs were so tough I couldn't even cut them apart with a steak knife. The brisket on my husband's sandwich was equally tough. If you go here, don't get the BBQ. (I sent my rib plate back and was not charged for it).

My first time eating here . Upon walking in and waiting to be seated. The waitress was busy, and the other waitress was sitting. What I only assume is with the manager . The food was ok . It's not something I would be bragging about . Waittress made me feel like I worked there cause we had to hand out our own food . Our orders were all over the place. The waitress did not know who ordered what. And we had to wait for the remaining plates as we finished .Would I stop here again, maybe ? But I'm sure there is other option.

The food was very tasty and cooked to perfection.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The atmosphere was of an original American dinner. The tables and menus were not freshly wiped but okay.
All in all we were very satisfied.

It my first time here so mind you what my opinion is based on me & my partner: Nov 30, 24
We take out food here via phone call, we came here with no queu, service was good, food we ordered:
*scampi shrimp pasta - it was on their specialty menu but oh boy this is bad, I mean it's like pasta rinse then adds on boiled shrimp, they might forget the extra sauce of condiments but it taste like that, the isntant noodles is more delicious than this! It's a waste of $19
*ribs- we recommend it oltho we wish it's more tender but its good
*bbq chicken -it's really good!
*******side*****
▪︎pea soup -it's good
▪︎macaroni cheese -NOT GOOD, velvet as mac n cheese are far better tasting!
*mexican rice- therye mexican restaurant but the rice not good, better the dollar grocery rice!
*So all in all, it 50-50 they're good in other stuff like the meats but majority ( i don't
wanna dig into it) I'm not sure if we will come back, with the price we pay better try other restaurant in the town!

Unfortunately, we did not have good food. The service was great! The servers were very professional & nice.
As far as the food, it was gross. I got the green chili burger & by the time I got my burger the buns had falling apart from being so drowned in a weird chili sauce??? Not sure what it was but I couldn't even it after. I asked for a new bun but i got a cold bun out of the bag. It wasn't toasted like in the photo. My pickles were looking very dried out with a weird texture. My fries were good but just the ones on the top, the bottom fries got soggy from the green chili sauce.
All in all I won't be going back. The cook just donest seem to care.enough about the food. I would have happily waited 1hr for good food then 30 mins for bad food. I don't understand they hype for this place.

The smoked dishes were quite impressive and flavorful, showcasing great attention to detail in preparation. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, several menu items were already sold out, which was a bit disappointing. It seems this spot is quite popular with the locals, as there was a noticeable crowd during our visit. Overall, I think it’s a fantastic destination, especially if you get there early to enjoy the full range of their offerings!

Our server was way overloaded but did the best she could, ordered a 2nd beer but never got it cause she was trying to serve her 8+ tables. Food was a 4/10 overall, the refried beans were a 1/10, and spanish rice a 2/10. Smoked chicken 3/10, but the salad looked amazing, but the salad was killed by the Hidden Valley ranch dressing that we've all had 1000 times. Fajitas, mashed reds, and carrots were a solid 7/10. Place has a good atmosphere but it just needs the follow through. Really wanted to give it a positive review, but this is what my experience was.

Highly recommended other local restaurants and eateries. Small portion and overpriced items. Management needs to be changed.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience here. We could easily hear an older lady, who we believe to be the manager or the owner, yelling at her employees about all the mistakes they were making. Our waitress seemed visibly flustered, the cooks stressed out, and she was just micromanaging them. It was incredibly unprofessional and should have been handled differently. The food was okay, chicken was dry on the caesar salad, burger was good. Service was slow and took 20 minutes to get our card charged after dropping off the check. And also the menu price for the chicken on the caesar was incorrect for what we were charged by $2, most likely a menu mistake. Overall an okay experience, wouldn’t come back.
