First, the good. The cashier. She took my order just fine and while not overly smiley, she didn't look like she wanted to die either.
Now for the bad. I ordered two chicken sandwiches. One comes with tomatoes and the other doesn't. I asked for no tomato on that one. When I received my sandwiches they were both just barely warm, not even enough to melt some of the cheese on the sandwich. The one I'd ask for no tomatoes has tomatoes on it.
I wouldn't say I won't eat here again, because of I'm stuck here it's one of only three food options. But maybe I'll just stick to getting breakfast here since the last time I had some it was at least reasonably hot.

I'm a trucker and come here 2 to 3 times a week.. I get here around 9 to 9:30pm everytime.. but today they \\\"now close at 9\\\" in the words of a old man working here.. I don't believe that for a second.. I think they closed early because they wanted to go home early.. someone needs to hold them accountable

Ordered an 8 piece and a 4 piece large fry and drink got large drink small fry 4 piece and 5 piece the girl running it on 12/23/22 at 6:30 pm was rude and disrespectful and apparently doesn't pay attention, doesn't care, and so can't count even after we brought it to her attention

Paid nearly $15 to upsize a single combo meal so I could get a \"Large\" fry included. In return, I get a half-filled, \"large fry\"(?). Upon receiving my meal, I literally take the fries out of the bag, hold them up, and ask the \"essential worker\" that filled my order, \"This, is a large fry\"? She could've cared less. Immediately, she responded \"Yup\". Why don't you train your people? Or, better yet, just quit ripping us off.
They closed down the dinning room at 5pm and made us leave. Newer building with young people who shouldn't be running a restaurant with no obvious supervision ?

Waited 30 mins for our order of 4 sandwiches because they gave our food away while standing and waiting for it. We saw the bag with the sharpie number of our order get handed to the wrong person and no one even said sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. We had our two kids with us and cat in the car and this was extremely inconvenient. None of the employees communicate with each other. Plus when we got our food, we asked for a plain burger, it had everything on it and we had to go back in and wait another ten minutes.
I ordered a meal with a milk shake and I thought I going to die! An hour later I was so sick to my stomach. I don't trust any place that sells shakes on I40.

Spend over 20 minutes waiting in line to place an order while the cashier keeps walking off with several people waiting in line… Place looks like it has enough staff to make it work properly but their poor customer service guarantees I will never stop here again.
If you don't have 1 hour to get served don't bother go elsewhere .
