No issues with the food. But I was looking at my bank statement and noticed they charged and refunded charges 3 times before charging the correct amount.
In the end... the charge is correct... but I think you should tell the customer about it. The refund doesn't always go back in right away, and that could be different for someone if money is tight, and you charge them nearly $50 for a burger and fries, and it the refund doesnt go back in for a few days....
How you handle transactions is a little important. And important to be honest and upfront about it.

19.23 for a double bacon cheeseburger combo and they can't give one free ranch ? absolutely ridiculous to treat customers that way with high prices to begin with ... not to mention ignoring customers to talk to co-workers for several minutes
Was traveling through town on a trip. Stopped for dinner, we both got the chicken baskets. Food took a little long but it came out so fresh. The white gravy was great. All around, good little stop!

I have never had a better bacon cheeseburger at any other Dairy Queen in Arizona, New Mexico or Texas! I have now eaten here twice. The fries are always hot and the burgers outstanding! Dairy Queen corp. needs to duplicate this location for a better customer experience! They even wrap burgers differently and inform you ahead of time to know which burger is inside!
