This was a pleasant surprise. Good wine, not too pricey, dinner salad was perfect and the lasagna was on point. This restaurant can compete with any Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. And for never visiting Italy, this restaurant is very good!

Weird night at the Mesa. Called in my order and showed up later than the given time since every restaurant is off on that. Sign says to go to the bar side. Okay, I go to the bar side. Met by wannabe bouncer and wannabe bouncerette. Okay, I can't go past the immediate door area and definitely not into the restaurant area. Fine, I just want my pizza and wings, don't care about whatever wannabe crime lord crap they have going on. After getting my order I drive my happy ass 25 minutes home and finally get to check out my mafia guarded food. Wings: burnt but not inedible to a hungry dude. Pizza: looked awesome, but as soon as I took a bite I flashed back to the Great British Baking Show episode when Paul warned Mary "Don't eat that, it's raw." Top end was borderline burnt, crust was raw. Like super raw. I get when a slice hangs over a bit, but this was raw dough everywhere in from 3 inches from the outer edge. No development, just raw dough. Mesa, you need to do better (insert meme about Joey Swoll) and make your business better. It took me 17 months after moving back to the area to risk your food, only to be met by the reason it took me almost a year and a half to try you out again. Bad food, worse service. I did give a better than 25 percent tip, as I have had good food and service there before on occasion, and obviously hadn't experienced my order yet, hoping that if I'm dumb enough to go there again I won't get the full mafia cavity search if I want some pasta and to sit in the restaurant side.

The food was disappointing for the price we paid. Their sauce came out of a can. They put this same sauce on everything including my veal marsala. There was zero marsala wine in that sauce. Honestly I wasn't completely surprised everything else we had there was a disappointment.

Perfect cuisine the chef is very good, the lasagna is great the meat is very well cooked, Unfortunately the dinner is ruined because the waitress writes before the tips without leaving the choice and when putting the card of this repeat increases the price. We feel like we have been robbed. It is disappointing because we had had a good evening.
We ate this restaurant while visiting the Petrified Forest enjoyed it so much we ate there the second night

The food was pretty good. The young lady who was filling the water glasses was less that friendly. When we first arrived, it took a minute to be seated, and everyone in the place watched us like we were the live entertainment. All in all, it could have been a better experience. Maybe it was just an off night.
Parking: I'm not sure if it's supposed to be overflow parking, but there's a vacant lot next to the restaurant where some of us parked.

Our waitress,Kelly, was awesome! The food was great!! My brother had the lasagna and I had fettuccini Alfredo. I would highly recommend Mesa Italiana.
