The good was good but there were some problems i spotted
Well there was a few tables that were not clean but there was some trash on the table I saw and some were not wiped down the floor looked liked it hasn't been swept in like 2-3 days and the waitress took kinda long to give us our tickets of our food and another thing...I heard a plastic cup drop on the floor and all I know is one of the waitress probably picked it up and still used it to give to a customer for them to drink out of that is a health hazard to the public because its called Pathogen carriage what it means is it Plastic particles can carry viruses and bacteria into the body so that is bad pls If a plastic cup drops on the ground PLS Give it to the dishwasher and let them rewash the cup...

**edited to add: I see that the manager responded to my review to say that the taco would be in shredded beef IF I ordered shredded beef and it clearly states in my review that I DID order shredded beef. I even told the waitress that I ordered shredded beef and she said the tacos come with ground beef. Well, several years ago when we are there and I ordered the same thing I actually got a shredded beef taco so it's wrong to do this to customers. I ordered the enchiladas and taco dinner in shredded beef. When my meal finally came the taco had ground beef, not shredded beef. When I asked the waitress about it and said I ordered shredded beef I was told that the tacos came that way. If that is true then why is there a 3 taco dinner on the menu and available in shredded beef?? That's not right because I was charged more for shredded beef. Also, there were 3 people in my party and we were not able to start eating at the same time because each person's food was brought to the table at different times.

As we walked in the waitress never approached just looked our way, so we assumed we had to seat ourselves? Also noticed we weren’t ever given our chips and salsa either so I asked for chips and salsa and was very kind about it and the waiters reply was a sarcastic “well do you still want it?” Like what? I just asked for it?? And after that he just walked away no eye contact or nothing very disrespectful. A family of 4 and we are a family of 4 as well got our food before us even tho we came 30 minutes before them? So I politely asked where our food was and he literally told me “Well we have a lot of orders…” one thing you don’t do in customer service. I don’t know I wasn’t expecting to leave a review but it was that terrible. Crossing this place off my list. Treat people with respect next time we can read y’all like a book. Very disappointed.

Authentic local flavors, including Mexican and traditional American choices for breakfast lunch and dinner, since 1969. This restaurant was very well supported by locals for dinner (about 60 diners) and had steady takeout on a Friday evening. Very responsive servers and excellent fresh cooked foods with no skimping on the portions.

Amazing food... friendly service.. the owner was such a sweetheart... we are just passing through on a road trip, but I wish I could take the restaurant with me! Simply delicious!!

Waited quite a while to be acknowledged then said we could seat ourselves in the back of the restaurant. It looked like a cave and there were no lights in that part of the restaurant. The only illumination was whatever spilled over from the front window. They said something to the effect of take it or leave it. We left it. Rude people. Don’t recommend. Looked at a few other reviews who weren’t happy. Her reply to them was “No big deal if you don’t come back.” I guess that sums up the whole point.

Long established Mexican restaurant with a substantial menu of traditional faire. It has a casual vibe, the food is good and plentiful. Service is quick and efficient. If you are looking for fancy, this is not the place, but if you just want a good meal at a reasonable price, you won't be disappointed.
