Worth driving to Holbrook for! Food was excellent. 12 hours later my husband is still talking about it and wishing they opened earlier so we could stop back in for breakfast before heading out of town. He had the combo plate and says it was the best hard taco he has ever eaten. I had the mixed burrito with green sauce- delicious. The kids shared a super nacho and ate significantly more than they usually eat. Thanks for a great meal!

We stopped in, based on numerous recommendations from locals and it did not disappoint. We were told to expect a wait. The server also told us there was a long wait for food although the table was available immediately. We felt the wait time was acceptable. The food does seem pricey until you get it haha. Well worth it. The portions were good sized, the food was impeccable. I can honestly say I've never had such amazing refried beans and rice. The flavor was on point! All 5 of us got something different and all of it was great! We had very little leftovers, which is impressive with picky kids. One ate with his eyes closed because it was so good lol. The people there are friendly and inviting. Our server treated our kids with such respect. We try to raise politely mannered kids but some folks are intolerant at the sight of large families. Not here! We felt welcome. We come to town twice a year and all agree this is our go to spot from now on. Can't wait to go back!

Oct 1, '24...Posting under our "foodie" handle, TravelingbyCarr G and R. Smallish, made-from-scratch, family place. Busy, with a small staff, we heeded the wall sign that read "Be patient". Starting with a couple of cold brews, we enjoyed freshly-made, still-warm nachos and a bowl of salsa that, definitely, didn't come out of a jar. Tingly scalp time. Yes, the wait was rather lengthy, but turned out to be worth it. R's smothered, burger burrito covered the plate and was excellent. I had chicken fried steak, Mexican style--I opted for green sauce, over red. With a good amount of lettuce, tomatoes, beans & rice, the steak was large & tender. Wow! With a solid, 4 stars, G and R says,"Stop by, relax and enjoy.

Make sure you have 2 hours and alot of patient to spare for dinner. Took an hour for dinner to come out of the kitchen ended up getting full on chips n salsa.
