The younger staff are more nice and professional. They are very helpful and like to thank us for us stopping by. BUT
The Manager is very rude. Just called today to ask if they have something in stock because we are a 20 minute drive in the middle of no where. Every time we come in, its eye rolls from the older staff. DEFINITY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEM. They treat us like we are a hassle when we need the necessities. The Mail Room is a big big hassle, only available with very short hours. If you are working an 8 to 5, good luck trying to get your mail even on weekends.

The gas was inexpensive but only one bathroom with a very long line. The bathroom didnt have soap. The towel holder was broken . I couldn't get the towels out .

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-Cashier (in her 40s), who wasn't wearing a name tag, was rude AF trying to charge me for nacho cheese sauce that we had to throw away because there was hardly any coming out of the machine. She yelled at me in front of the whole store saying I should have asked her for help with the machine. I had to yell back at her saying if she's going to charge me, I want the sauce. Then she changed her mind. ALL THIS TROUBLE OVER NACHOS! WTH, nachos are amazing and this lady is trying to bring the good name of nachos down, BOO!
There's other places in Keams Canyon to get gas, go there first.
