I just wanted to send a huge shout out and thank you to Logan the ARM at the Holbrook, AZ Taco Bell. After a very lengthy car trip, I had gone through the drive-thru and did not realize I had not gotten my credit card back. Realizing it several hours and many miles later, I called the restaurant and spoke with Logan. He indicated he had it and assured me he would get it back to me. While the food fell short, the service at this Taco Bell was a masterclass. The counter worker’s exceptional customer service skills were a breath of fresh air. Her dedication to making the customer feel valued should be commended and emulated by others in the industry. It's a reminder that even in the simplest of places, human connection can make all the difference.
An okay Taco Bell location. They're in the habit of not paying close attention to the counter, as most times there's around a 5 minute wait for them to come over. Most locations rarely have a wait at kiosks, but there often is here. They could use more than two. In some cases they run out of bathroom supplies, and they're not very prompt about doing anything about it, even after they are notified.
