We've been wanting to try this place for a couple of YEARS, but the line always stretched out the door. This afternoon we decided to try it on a weekday for an early-bird dinner. Score! The place was practically empty. Diego was running the joint singlehandedly, serving as the host/bartender/waiter/cook, and doing a magnificent job wearing all of those hats simultaneously.

Signature cocktails and mocktails embrace the western vibe. I had the gingerberry mocktail and my lady tried both the blackberry and prickly pear margarita.
Very refreshing on a hot day.

We ordered the slider plate- brisket- pulled pork, and chicken. Suggestion: don’t order the chicken. Very dry. All the others were very flavorful. Onion rings made with cinnamon sugar coating. Surprisingly very good.
Definitely recommend this place- just sooth of Sedona.
Side note: if you sit inside,...
