The Miners Cafe is a must! It's a downstairs restaurant, kind of hidden away. It looks like a simple coffee shop and bakery,but they have a great menu for breakfast and lunch. I had the turkey reuben sandwich and my husband had the turkey club, both were excellent, literally some of the best food we've eaten in a while. They play great oldies music, the service was great, friendly and prompt..i would highly recommend.
Great little find! After camping a few days up on Mingus, I dropped down into town. Was looking just for coffee or tea, while exploring the town. But the smell when I walked in, breakfast was a must! Great service had a London fog and the ghost town toast. Added an egg and I'd get it again in a heartbeat. Walked around town a bit and stopped off again to grab a lemon bar and a carrot roll from the bakery selection for desert tonight around the campfire. Great experience,...
What a great cafe! Fun and tucked in a cozy spot! Food was 10/10! I got the full miner which came with biscuits and sausage gravy, one of the best I’ve ever had . My husband got the Hernandez burrito, also fantastic! Waitress was kind and tentative! Would definitely recommend
