I don’t know why they have so many managers that aren’t managing anything. I ordered coffee in the drive thru , paid for it at the first window and move on to the second window. Now this took about maybe 5-7 minutes moving up the line. By time I got to the window , no coffee . The guy at window looked like he didn’t know what he was doing, but he managed to find the cups for the coffee. He told me to move forward and go over to the other side and wait for my coffee to be made. So I did and waited for me coffee for another 12 minutes. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to reevaluate and maybe re-train his management or let them go and hire new ones.

Waited forever at the order window, they started taking our order and then evaporated into thin air. Had to move to the next lane. Again took a long time, finally took our order and prices were insane—literally $30 more than it costs us in our West Coast expensive prices McDonald’s at home. If we hadn’t been in a hurry we would have cancelled our order. We then got to the window and they made us pull in front of the store and wait for them to bring out our food—more wasted time. Never returning. Would recommend Burger King or Taco Bell instead if you are looking for fast food in this area.

We stopped at the McDonald’s in Kayenta, AZ, for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and exactly what we expected — hot nuggets, crispy fries, and a tasty burger.
What really stood out was how generous they were with the sauces. We ordered 10 McNuggets and were able to get four different sauces at no extra charge, including favorites like Spicy Buffalo and Creamy Chili. They also included ketchup without us even asking.

Really bad, even by fast food standards. High prices for McDonald's. Food was low quality and cold. Place was dirty, especially the male bathrooms. Staff doesn't pretend to care about their job, which is fair enough if you work here.
This is definitely one to skip, especially considering there are other fast food places nearby.

I wouldn't recommend going through the drive thru, I may have hit them on a bad day but I've never spent so much time sitting in a McDonald's drive thru. It was nearly 15 minutes and when my order was finally carried out the fries were closer to cold than hot and the bread on our burgers was crumbly/hard. I most likely won't go back.

It took more than 20 minutes to prepare 1 large latte and 1 medium one. If you ask when you will get the order you will be ignored or get arrogant face expression. Prices are too high 12.45$ for two when you can get much cheaper somewhere else.

On a very tiring road trip and wanted a McDonald’s before getting to the hotel. We were starving and came all the way here just for the food (extra 30 mins), arrived 20 minutes before closing time and found out they were totally closed already. Why even say or write you close at a specific time when you wrap up way before that? Very misleading!!! By the way, do employees get paid until one if they’re receiving the money until one why don’t they work until one?
