This is probably the cleanest McDonald's I've been to in recent years. I ate my burgers inside and the entire lobby was organized and clean, bravo McDonald's! My only gripe is the price, $5.99 for a double cheeseburger and $4.29 for a medium fry... so costly compared to where I live. Still 5 stars though, food was hot and was ready quickly!

Hi, I am anonymous to the manager/supervisor of McDonald’s Kayenta location , Arizona. I’m just writing to acknowledge the disembodiment and lack of professionalism and customer service. I’ve seen one person who is top-tier customer service in this establishment. Other people in this establishment is not up to par , but the one person I see that is up to par is the most successful person, Beautiful professional, and always willing to help and also I have seen that she will teach employees to be better than any other. I am willing to give a full consent and a full knowledge of who this person is. But for now I want it to be anonymous. I’ve seen other managers through this establishment be so lazy and so inconsiderate, and so unprofessional compared to her she is so professional she knows what is going on and she teaches her coworkers how to be great. Please take my opinions and proof into this establishment.

Wouldn't take my promo code. They stated I needed my original receipt. I had the only receipt that was give to me. This location needs to do better at giving orders their receipts and honoring my discount after I took their long questionnaire. I asked for a manager over the phone, she was rude and didn't want to give me her name. Poor performance

This is a nice looking place on the outside. Went inside once and it was clean. However, this location needs to learn to read. Every single time I had asked for my kid’s meals to have extra fries and yet this place doesn’t fulfill this request EVERY TIME! What’s the point of offering curbside when you have to go inside to correct an issue? It’s very inconvenient! One of those times, the fries only had 5 individual fry. Are they trying to proportionate.

Standard McDonald's restaurant you will find almost anywhere in the world. This store was well-maintained with clean restrooms. Still like that we were able to order at the counter since I always ask for fresh fries and food and stand there to make sure. The staff members were not very friendly, but also not rude, just looked like they did not want to be there.
