Truly a gem! Incredible flavors, the blue corn waffle, espresso drinks, and breakfast specials were the best thing we tasted on our Monument Valley trip. The food combines authentic Navajo & Mexican flavors with diner classics. We had a red chile chai latte with a shot of espresso & and amigo mocha - these drinks were thoughtfully prepared and delicious! Has to be the best place to eat in town. It is small which I like but u have to place your name on a wait list outside and wait to be seated. Not that big of deal except others just seem to walk inside randomly not following the directions posted.
