This place is a hidden delight. We stopped here after watching a high school football game and were more than impressed! We ordered 4 dishes and each was done incredibly well. The Elote and pork rinds were the perfect combination of texture and flavor, the braised Mutton Tostada was quite possibly the best mutton I’ve ever had, the glaze on the shrimp in the Fry Bread Chalupa was as good or better than the blue corn fry bread it was served over, and the Apple Pie Nachos...
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was unique and very tasty. The service was quick and our waitress was friendly. The cafe was very small however we went before the dinner rush so we were able to sit relatively quickly.
Gem. We visited Amigo Cafe during a road trip. You're not going to get better food in the area. The dishes are fresh and inspired; the coffee is high quality and delicious. It's clearly popular with locals and travelers alike because there was a wait list at 11am (it's worth it).
