Worst Starbucks experience EVER!
We’ve ordered 2 drinks: - One Nitro Cold Brew - One Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew
What we’ve got were 2 cups of cold, iced coffee (see picture). When I told the barista (which was alone there) that I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew, she said: “Oh that’s the same.” I told her that a Nitro Cold Brew was something different. She replied again: “No no, that’s the same”. I was super puzzled that she apparently had NO idea about her job and the drinks Starbucks is selling. I pointed out the two taps behind her (Nitro & Regular Cold Brew) and told her that these would be the right ones to use. She then said: “Oh, these don’t work, we just use this here:” and she took a pitcher with cold coffee out of the fridge. I couldn’t believe it! Then I said that the second drink would also be wrong. She said that she could add some Vanilla Cream if I wanted to… Annoyed with her incompetence and also her ignorant behavior I said I wanted a full refund. Yet, that was not possible to be put back on my card, so I walked out with 9.63 cash in my hands, which I found annoying as well as I basically don’t use cash anymore.
I couldn’t believe the incompetence I was experiencing here. Super poorly trained staff with a questionable attitude 🙅🏻

30 minutes to get 2 coffee, 1 sandwich and 2 banana bread. Local people were served before us even if they ordered later. The sandwich I got wasn’t the one I ordered and I have been asked to pay for it because I have bitten it. The lady was using the phone while she was preparing our coffe.

I would say this is a good spot for people passing through or just want a drink. My order I got here was a matcha latte with strawberry cold foam. I always ask for extra foam since most Starbucks places always serve little amount smaller then the width of a penny. The difference here was they gave me the exact amount I prefer. I am surprised they actually listened to that small detail. So I would say service is excellent. My overall drink was delicious and very enjoyable. They also have small shots of the extra amount of the drink. I thought it was very cute and a nice touch to people to try something new. The Atmosphere was average and looked like your regular Starbucks. My overall experience was really good!

I ordered a drip coffee, and expected my cup to be full. Instead, they gave me espresso shots, and my cup was not full at all. The price was double what a drip coffee would be. I asked for a splash of almond milk, but they frothed it, giving much more than a splash. First time I've had a bad order at a Starbucks.
