Went to this Subway location couple times during the last few days and both times we got incredible service. The first time we went in about half an hour to close and were worried we may be an annoyance but the lady working was so inviting and was not even slightly upset about us coming in later. She made the sandwich perfectly and was very polite. Today the assistant manager was working and once again great service, super polite and clearly put effort into what she was doing. The restaurant itself is super clean as well.

Extremely Rude staffs. The bathroom was closed for maintenance, they did not allow our 10 year old daughter use the bathroom even after waiting for 20 minutes after our purchase. They keep their bathrooms clean by not letting their customers use them. One of the staff said it is not an emergency. Disgustingly rude people.

i had to use the restroom so i asked the cashier to unlock the door for me
he told me to wait (i understand there was a customer waiting to pay)
so i did for like 10minutes
it seemed like he was too busy to get out from the back and unlock the door
so i got in line(for order) and when my turn came asked the person(who takes the order)to unlock the restroom door for me
and that’s when she held up her finger at me to not talk to her yet and wait(i’m already mad cuz i’ve never seen a worker hold up her finger to shush a customer)
then she told me that i have to ask the cashier for that concern(since there was nobody in line behind me i was confused why she couldn’t just do it instead)
so i told her that i’ve already done that 10 minutes ago
and she just says okay and didn’t apologize for making me wait or anything else

i ordered food and tipped but feels like i shouldn’t have tipped at all if the service is like this

she was like in her late 40s or 50s(not sure didn’t look much younger)
anyway she shouldn’t be working in service if she doesn’t like doing whatever customers ask for
i mean is it that hard to open the restrooms door?

The manager was not friendly. The provolone cheese was odd tasting. Sandwiches were okay. The place was very clean.

Our crew was so hungry, exhausted and just wanted dinner. The guy there was EXTREMELY demeaning, rude and disrespectful. He hates his job. After four attempts to order, I gave up! We work too damn hard to get shoved bad service. Never again in k-town. Ugly attitude makes subway ugly.

Employee named Shanna ( as we saw on batch ) gave us the worst customer experience . We ordered online as we did not want to confuse with our option when ordering for 3 footlongs. One of the sandwhich was not toasted and when we said he argued saying that's what we get. Then we forgot to order coke , when we went we were told they have other customers ( as if we were done beggars asking for free drink ) . Then we asked for water as family decided to eat but also were refused stating of the customers. Worst experience and ruined our mood being in monument valley . Employee needs training on customer communication and how to behave with others. Very bad and shameful experience.
