Calicos was a nice surprise. You walk in and the atmosphere is sort of like a family style restaurant not fancy. So I wasn't sure what to expect with the food. The service was great. The salad and soup bar was very good. And when the food came it was fantastic I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food was. It was my first time visiting their and I will definitely go back. Great job!
We we're passing through and saw a salad bar option on the menu so decided to stop in. We weren't disappointed. David C. Our waiter was wonderful and attentive. We loved the salad bar and the chicken strip basket. The coconut cream pie was to die for too. We will be coming back when in town again.
Our experience was great. The staff treated us with respect and kindness. The food was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant. They had cool handmade souvenirs, and nice decorations. Overall, a very underrated restaurant.
