They ran out of regular fries! But have crosscut fries! So I ordered a meal with fries crosscut fries because they are out of regular fries. I was told I have to pay 40 cents extra for the fries and I was like what do you mean you are out of regular fries. Well if you want fries you have to pay extra haha. I’m thinking well your restaurant ran out of regular fries but still have fries just give me the crosscut fries. Idk if my restaurant ran out of regular fries I would eat the 40 cents and just give the customer the crosscut fries. That’s just me oh well I guess I won’t be going back no one cares about customer service anymore. You’re a national wide company that ran out of fries

Driving through to get gas off the interstate, I saw Carl's Jr. and I wanted to get a burger. I went through the drive-thru, he handed me my meal, and I was back on the interstate. Reached to get my burger and unwrapping it , to find the burger soaked with mayo and ketchup. It was all over the burger and all over the paper. Not to mention, it was room temperature. I tried calling four different times, and there was no answer. After traveling all day, there was no way that I was going to turn around and go back.

It’s so dark that you can’t even find it off the highway. She said the lights go on at 8 but it’s dark at 5. Took well over 15 mins to get my food in the drive thru when no one else was there.

I work close to this Carl’s Jr and I’m there quite frequently. (I love the breakfast, and the jalapeño poppers specifically) the ladies upfront on the morning crew are always so polite and ready to help, the cook is a pretty cool guy as well. I typically order ahead on the app, and by the time I get there it’s always hot and ready, and most importantly correct. They made my burritos so perfect this morning I had to call and tell them how good they were and had to come and leave a review. Definitely would recommend coming to this Carl’s Jr., they’ll take care of you.

So a charbroil chicken club sandwich should be more than Chicken bread and mayo, and two nasty pickles. They left off the lettuce cheese and the bacon. It was the most disgusting charbroiled chicken club I have ever had in my life. What a bunch of morons.

Horrible service the manager was yelling profanities at customers from the bathroom being absolutely rude threatening to call police when the whole lobby of 10-15 people waited for said police she refused to come out of the bathroom spewing more nonsense when called out she bragged there are no cameras to hold her accountable and that she was a retired nurse and doesn't get paid enough to scrub toilets and deal with people like us I will never go back there andbive filed corporate complaints
