After placing my order at the drive thru speaker, the cashiers headset apparently went out. I pulled forward to the window and saw the cashier trying to put a battery in her headset. This went on for 5 minutes as I sat there. She finally came to the window, confirmed my order, and submitted it (there goes 5 minutes from my life). The Super Star was ok, but I could tell the patty wasn’t fresh. It tasted like it sat for 30 minutes under a heat lamp. The lettuce and tomato were good, not super fresh but not old. So-so service for so-so food. Almost $8.00 for just the burger. In-N-Out is about &4.75 for their fresh ingredients. Just saying.

Went through the drive threw at 6pm on a Tuesday, got the worst famous star and old cold fries ever!!! Dry buns cold meat no famous sauce. Very disappointing do not recommend this store....

Food was good but a little pricey. Meal for 2 was $30. We went to a different location in another town a few days later and four of us ate for $40 (2 of the meals were the same as what we had at this location).

Cindy took our order and was very nice. She had great customer service! The food was really good and fresh. Definitely would recommend and would come again.
We enjoyed excellent customer service from the cashier and staff that was obviously encouraged by management. The cashier assisted my family with our order and setting up the app with patience and apparent sincerity. I have had several such experiences at this location and will be returning.

Sheila was very sweet and helpful. The food was good for our pitstop to charge . Appreciate the Tesla chargers being available as the others down the street were closed. But the restaurant needs a deep deep cleaning in the booths and fixtures. Like shut the place down once a week to clean.

This location is right in front of the Tesla supercharger. The staff was super welcoming. They even brought our order to our table. My jalapeño burger was absolutely delicious and it was pretty big too. Strawberry shake was yummy. We really enjoyed eating here.
Took a long time to get our food. Milkshakes tasted like milk, not much flavor.

Bought a burger for my daughter and a soda for myself at a location in Kingman AZ then bought some individual burger patties and a drink for myself in Phoenix. The burgers are good but the soda mix is one of the worst I've had. Both locations the soda were not good. If you opened a can of soda and compared it to their foundation drinks the fountain drinks would be comparable to Walmart or Kroger brand soda drinks. Really bad. Over carbonated. Water down

While passing through Kingman on vacation last month I left something very valuable at Carl's Jr on Beale St. The following day, I called and spoke with Celia. Celia kindly went out of her way to mail the item to my friend in Nevada that same day, so he could mail it to me in Canada. I am immensely appreciative. I cannot thank Celia enough!
