Our family goes to the Kingman location at least twice a month. We really love the freshly made OJ made right there. We love the hotsauce variety they have too. We usually ask for Erynn as our waitress when we go since theres never any issues when we ask for her as our server. They have cute Bear themed merchandise. Well be back again soon
My church group stopped going to this location because of the creepy male manager. We decided to give it another try. The young lady whos section we were in was the best service weve had in awhile. Her name was Eryn and wore these cute little Elf ears and was amazing. Such a hard working young lady. We thought she was a manager because she seemed to be running the show. All of our orders were correct and delicious. A busy location but worth it. Well definitely be back next weekend....read full review
We have been going to Black Bears since they opened in Mt Shasta!! We currently live in Kingman and we ALWAYS ask for JESSICA. She treats us like family and always remembers our names even if we haven't been in for awhile. Her service and attitude are exceptional! JESSICA is one of the BEST servers in ANY of the restaurants that we have been too. She has a beautiful soul! GOD BLESS YOU JESSICA! Cliff and Winnie Nolan
