Placed order online, got in drive thru to be told they didn’t have it. Turns out they put orders under email name not name on order. Went in, they had it but then said they were out of the Chicken Santa Fe so I told them to swap for their fish sandwich. I ask them to redo the other two sandwiches so everything is hot. We stop lot here a lot on our way to/from Vegas. Thes visit everyone seemed stressed and short with customers. There was something going on with their systems, but no excuse, really. The restaurant seemed clean, but a bit run down. The bathrooms which we have used before we kinda horrible. They needed to be cleaned, and were kinda dingy, TBH.

I was traveling and not feeling well. All I wanted was a grilled cheese sandwich. We stopped here, and my husband ran in to ask if they could make a grilled cheese sandwich. It wasn’t on the menu, but they made it happen and IT WAS THE BEST GRILLED CHEESE EVER! Will always stop here in Kingman.
