“Feb. 7th 2026, my wife went to Culver's Drive Thru as we had seen the sign Walleye was back on the Menu. I am originally from Ohio and remember going for Walleye every Friday Fish Fry. The first couple of years it was offered here in Kingman, I was so impressed, it was cooked and served exactly like back home. This time however, prices have increased and the fillet cut was so thin you couldn't even taste the Walleye. The breading had to be cut with a knife and the thickness of the Walleye inside the breading was close to not being there at all. Culver's what happened? Paying more, OK I get it, but what I have become accustomed to with the Walleye at Culver's is not even close to what I received this time. If this is what we have come to... I am not a fan.“

“I have to give a huge shoutout to this Wendy’s location and especially Amber and Abby for turning what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a really positive one.

We’re currently traveling between states, so I placed a mobile order ahead of time hoping for a quick pickup. Totally my mistake—I forgot to request “no mayo” on the burgers. I called ahead, and they were super kind and assured me it wouldn’t be an issue.

When we arrived, the food had to be remade due to the mayo, and even after double-checking, it ended up needing to be remade another time. I felt awful having to ask, especially since it was my oversight—but Amber and Abby handled everything with so much patience and kindness. Not once did they make me feel like an inconvenience.

Their customer service was genuinely top-tier—friendly, understanding, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to come across that level of care, especially during what could’ve been an annoying situation.

Mistakes happen, but the way a team handles them says everything—and this crew absolutely nailed it. I’m really grateful for the experience and the effort they put in. Thank you again, Amber and Abby!“

“All too often we make sure to give out reviews for bad experiences and not the good ones. This Taco Bell is by far one of the two best Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. The service is acceptable but never bad, the wait time is always reasonable and the food is fantastic. It kinda makes me laugh because the Taco Bell on the other side of town by the wal mart might be the worst one I’ve ever been to.. hands down if I had to choose a best ever it would be between this one and Brownsville Texas at the international location.“

“ordered 2 3-topping pizzas. 1 with Xtra sausage, Xtra cheese and onions. 2nd pizza, regular sausage, onions and pepperoni. got home and.noticed the nasty person who took our order and confirmed it 3 times still didn't get it right. called up to the store to speak with the manager who argued with me that he is looking at the receipt and it's correct. I tried explaining multiple times that the order was taken correctly but the pizzas were made incorrectly. He kept arguing nothing is wrong then stated that's nit Walhalla I explained to him but he wouldn't listen. I took pictures of the pizza and told him since they don't want to make it right, I'll be calling the corporate office which I did. worst experience ever at pizza hut and been going to them forever. Kingman hires just anyone with no real customer service and apparently no common sense.“

“I had the most beautiful experience in Friday coming thru the drive thru. The gal who took my order, her name is Saffron, was so pleasant! She absolutely was made to work with people and you can tell she loves her job! She was enjoyable to speak to and when I came around to pay she was just a welcoming. I rarely comment, unless I've had incredibly awesome service or extremely bad service. I don't eat taco bell often but I'd come get a snack just to say hi to Saffron!!“

“Stopped in for a meal enroute to Reno. I was placing an order from the manager who was working the cashier. A disgruntled customer approached to complain about his order. He was very rude and demanding, insulting every worker within earshot. She handled the situation calmly and reasonable. Its hard enough for me to wear a mask when entering stores. I can not imagine the workers who wear them all through their shift, making it hard to hear customers who are wearing them clearly. Kuddos to this young manager. I didn’t catch her name, but she did great!“

“Upon entering the Pizza Hut on Andy Devine (yes there are two in Kingman) we were greeted by Johnathon, the manager. His pleasant greeting set the tone for what was about to become a fantastic experience. He and his staff did an outstanding job keeping the pizzas, pastas, breadsticks, and salads well-stocked and fresh during our stay. Many times we were asked by the wait staff if everything was ok, if there was anything we needed, and to clear our dishes. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, bathrooms were kept up, and employees seemed efficient in their work. Finally, the value for a pizza buffet can not be beaten (10.99 on weekdays, a little more on weekends) at least in Kingman. Choose the Pizza Hut on Andy Devine the next time you're in Kingman. You won't be disappointed.“

“Arrived shortly before noon, my wife and I were greeted warmly. The two young ladies could not have been nicer. They seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job. And the food was fresh and tasty. Extremely so. Right down to the cookies. The store was clean, as were the restrooms. As we ate, more customers were lining up and the overall mood was cheerful. Thanks again to the attitude of the two young ladies and their interaction with the customers.“

“We were traveling through the area and ate there for lunch while exploring Route 66. We ordered at the counter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager was also helpful. Was nice to see all of the staff working so hard and tidying up so much. The food came out really quick and was very good. The only thing we dislike was that all the McDonald’s have removed the drink refill stations now and you have to ask for one which is a bit annoying. But this was a good McDonald’s to visit! The Diet Coke is always still the best!!“

“Lisha, you’re awesome! I came in at approximately 2:40AM on a Monday morning and was welcomed in by Lisha. She was very kind and friendly. Usually when I get anything from subway, the toppings are a mess, the sauces are leaking all over the place, and it’s an overall disaster. This time was different.
