“After Door Dash delivered my order to the wrong address, and after spending 40 min arguing with them to refund or redeliver, and when I called the dasher direct, she REFUSED to make it right, I was extremely frustrated to say the least. Taco Bell manager Christian saved the day. He told me to come to drive thru, where he remade my order, and even comped me a drink for my trouble. GREAT customer service! I will NEVER use Door Dash again, But will happily stay a Taco Bell Fort Mohave customer!“

“We’ve been coming to this location on occasion since it opened a couple of years ago and have NEVER been anything but impressed. The restaurant is always clean, staff are warm and friendly and I have never once had to double check my order - they’re on top of things. Food is fresh and service is quick; we always look forward to our visits. Keep up the great work!“

“I received a order that a employee intentionally placed hair on my sandwich because she was quitting that night. not too mention I've been banned from there because they claim I keep coming there for free food and they mess my order up every single time. then act like I'm lying to get free food. DONT GO THERE, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT“

“Exceptional customer service, communication and follow through. I ordered 100 subs and Melissa the manager rocked my order, everything was perfect. Not only were the sandwiches outstanding but the presentation was also great. Her communication and follow through is awesome. Great Job.“
