We (party of 6) received vouchers for free tacos and a free desert, though apparently it was a technical error, where the order never made it to the kitchen. Kudos for being very customer oriented!“

“So we're new in town. My car broke my husband's working out of town. So I've been catching an Uber everywhere or having stuff delivered. I'm not one to eat fast food, but I stopped at jack in the box one day when the truck broke, as we were going to perkins restaurant for fish, we got as far as Jack in the box. So we went through the drive through purchased a meal ever since then. We've been going back ! this jack in the box has great food and great service surprisingly !! My onion rings are always cooked crispy and delicious, not soggy, like other places !! When I placed an order that there was gonna cost $30. They were kind enough to advise me to get the meal. “I received a order that a employee intentionally placed hair on my sandwich because she was quitting that night. not too mention I've been banned from there because they claim I keep coming there for free food and they mess my order up every single time. then act like I'm lying to get free food. DONT GO THERE, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT“

He never got frustrated greeted everyone with a smile, apologizing for the wait. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service!!!“

“This McDonald's crew showed they have heart this morning when an 88yr old woman who was just released unwrongfully from Tales Hospital collapsed in the hall while my husband were holding both doors for her and a young woman, this crew reacted quickly, one associate was just walking threw door I was holding to see if we were all OK when the woman's legs just gave way n the associate caught her right on time. I may complain about my ordering always being messed up but these people have heart n don't question it, even the manager was allowing her associates to help n I know from experience not all management is like that they mostly say get back to work it's not your duty. God bless all who helped this poor elderly woman today. I know this has nothing to do with food but felt it was needed to be know.“

“a big shout out to the staff Valentines day evening... we arrived to a quiet establishment, and within minutes the restaurant was FULL of kids and their families for a party. I was pretty impressed with the patience and efficiency of the staff in the handling of the "suddenness" of filled to capacity, we did wait for over an hour, to never have our order taken and yes, we did end up going to a different restaurant to eat, but dang! those kids were having the time of their lives, and the laughter and joy they showed in time together was worth staying as long as we did. thanks for the memory pizza hut staff... we WILL be back“

Parking: Parking is too far from the entrance. Especially for disabled people like myself. Even the designated handicap parking spots are way to far.“

“Does McDonald's was a lot quicker than any of the other McDonald's in california. Great and fast service for the morning Rush. I would recommend going here for breakfast while you're staying on the river. They did mess up on our order but we were able to fix it at the first window and by the time we had hit the second window the order was ready to go for us.“

“I’ve always had a good experience at this Panda Express. Even when they’re busy or crowded, the employees have always been great, but I especially want to recognize LUZ. She is always so nice and polite, and every time I’m there I notice how hard she works. She moves fast, stays consistent, and I’ve literally watched her jump off the line to sweep the floor, clean tables, and then jump right back in to help customers. Today really stood out to me. My daughter wanted the grilled teriyaki chicken, but there was going to be about a 10 to 15 minute wait, so we decided to just get something else instead. While we were eating, LUZ surprised my daughter with a small portion of the teriyaki chicken at no charge. It was such a simple thing, but honestly you don’t see that kind of customer service very often anymore. “I am a huge fan back 60 years living in Chicago, as a 6th grade schooler some of us got to go to Burger King for lunch on Fridays if one's parents could afford it, back then you could get a Whopper with cheese, fry and milkshake for 59 cents. Always said when I got older I'd eat a Whopper everyday, lol, it is so disappointing to see Burger King charge 80 cents more for a cheese Whopper, how do you justify 80 cents? On television it shows two pieces, actually it's one and sometimes a half and still charges 80 cents, McDonald's does it similar, fish comes with a half slice, ask for a full slice they charge 60 cents for a full piece? Where's my credit for the half slice that already comes with the sandwich? It is disgraceful just to make a bigger buck and screw the American People“
