“This is the only location in Lake Havasu that we visit because it's right down the street from our house. The food is always good and the staff is generally friendly. We visited last night, 11/13/2025, and two girls were working. Andrea and Kinsey (I am probably spelling that one wrong) and let me tell you, it was by far the best visit we have ever had there. The two of them were so friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I never had so much fun ordering sandwiches, lol! Those two are by far my favorite staff members and I only wish I could surround all my visits to this store around their work hours.“

“We went to the Subway on Maricopa a couple of days ago. We hadn’t been to Subway in years because competing options like Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mike’s are generally superior. But we were in a hurry and figured, what the hell.

I can’t express how awesome this visit was.

Hailey helped us from start to finish, and she provided something rare in Havasu: **service**. This town isn’t always great at that. She was friendly, helpful, and honestly felt more like a friend than someone just making sandwiches. I can’t express this strongly enough: this girl is fantastic.

If you read my other reviews, you’ll see that service is my biggest pet peeve. People can buy food anywhere. What places like this often forget is that what they’re really selling is the experience. Most places fail at that. Hailey shines. She could teach a master class on customer service.

Now, I would go back just for that alone, but it got even better.

The sandwiches she made were a far cry from the sad fare Subway has unfortunately become known for. These were big, fat, and full. I usually get a footlong, but for the first time in memory, I could only eat half.

Whoever owns this store needs to know this: because of Hailey, we **will** be back, and soon. I know this may sound over the top, but she was so unexpectedly friendly, and the sandwiches were so well made, that I can’t help but rave.

“This Panda has got to be top 10 in Arizona. It is large, clean, and has a drive thru. People who work here actually care. I was served by Nelson, and the manager stopped by our table. Both asked if the food was good. As most know, most Panda Express are staffed by people who generally could care less about customer opinions.“

He explained that new changes that are coming to the location, and how excited he is to be the new general manager of the Papa Johns location in Lakehouse city Arizona. I noticed there’s a lot of negative comments on here, but give him a chance and try Papa Johns again 🍕❤️ oh, and the pizzas were delicious! 🥰“

BOMB straight FIRE!! U can tell the morning cook cares the nite cook not so much.
I had no cheese in burrito & I got 3 of the BEAN & CHEESE BURRITOS no cheese tho... cuz the first time we ate here the burritos were soooo cheesy but this it looks like they forgot the cheese..... hopefully the nite cook was having a bad day...“
