My Mother loves Carl's Jr. and eats there 3-4 times a month. Usually, the food is decent, but the burger I got for her earlier this evening wasn't completely cooked and both the top & bottom buns were rock hard. Literally. To prove that the bun was as hard as she said it was, she tapped it against the table, making a loud knocking sound, which got her dogs barking because they thought someone was at the door.
