“Visited Carl Jr’s in Quartzite on the way back to Phx. I had trouble accessing my app and Andrea at the order counter was super helpful. She tried multiple times as had I and neither of us were able to access my account. She said that she would honor the free burger with my wife’s chicken tenders order. It resulted in a pleasant outcome vs the frustration I was having with the app prior to her help. She was super friendly and clearly understands the importance of customer service!“

They both made our subs that right way (I always get a breakfast sub and it is often messed up) and even popped it back in the toaster proactively anyway because it didn’t look quite toasted.
