“The only criticism I have is that they didn't make my sandwich correctly. However, when I brought it up, the lady who took my order went back and remade it personally for me. What I didn't do was check the to-go sandwich we got, and that was also wrong, but i didn't notice until we were home. My hubby also had to ask 3x for his mac&cheese, 2x was from the same employee. Absolutely love firehouse subs food. Usually, service is great. Today, there was a lapse in communication.

“When I visited the Jack in the Box in St. Louis, I was very satisfied with my experience.

I ordered a burger and fries combo and it was delicious. The burger was perfectly cooked, with a juicy, fresh flavor that really comes through.

The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just how they should be.

In addition, the drinks were very cold, which was ideal to accompany the food with this warmth.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is also a plus: the tables are comfortable, and everything was very clean and well organized.

“I just wanna say( and told many of my co workers) that this location is the best of all in Yuma Co. This place always has kept there place clean. The food always taste and comes out better. Many time they offer the free stuff that are advertised even if we don't know it or don't pay attention. We have gone to other locations and either someone don't know how to count to five(5 piece chicken nugget) or no cheese means NO CHEESE. Somerton, you guys got tooooo many flies, flying around the Windows. My drive thru order is always wrong. Yes I told your district managers. It's sad that we have to go this 32nd St one just to get better food and service.( good job guys)One very important thing is that I'm very glad they don't offer the indoor play ground, why? Cause I don't need to see trash or dirty diapers in or laying around like McCrap.“

“I just moved to Yuma AZ and have celiac disease. I haven’t had time to figure out what restaurants have safe food options for me, however the team here at Jersey Mikes really did a great job of providing a safe and delicious sandwich. Their efforts to clean the machines and sterilize the environment made it possible for me to have a warm solid meal. I am very grateful!
