“1st time here, and I'm impressed! The food is so delicious! You can taste everything super fresh and the homemade taste ?We ate bean and cheese, machaca & egg, and chorizo potato burritos, and came with 3 salsas. Everything on point! New favorite place for burritos ?“
“Great place to watch sports. There are individual TVs in every booth. They serve every different kind of hamburger you can imagine and a huge selection of draft beer and an even larger selection of bottles of beer. I enjoyed the caramelized onion burger with cheddar cheese.“
“If you want a real burrito that is big at a good price. Then you definitely want to go to Stan's. I had the regular bacon breakfast burrito that felt like it weighed a pound with lots of bacon in it. They have a couple others with like all the meats that I want to try next time.“
“Aside from their friendly customer service and their to go orders being ready extremely fast The food is a 10 out 10 !! The carne asada tortas have always been my favorite but I just tried their carne asada burritos and now I will be having a hard time picking what I want for my next order. I am not from Yuma but the drive over here is worth it just to eat food from this place ❤️❤️“

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a warm and inviting staff that immediately puts you at ease. The menu, meanwhile, is simply outstanding. The cThe service was impeccable as well, with a friendly and attentive staff that always seemed to be one step ahead of our needs. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience special, and we couldn't have asked for more. All in all, this restaurant is an absolute gem, and we can't recommend it highly. It's the perfect spot to indulge in some truly delicious food and fantastic company.“
“I do not know where to start! The food here is amazing!!! I had the best fish taco and chicken taco, full of flavor, crunchy, sauces and seasonings are spot on. Service was absolutely great. My husband and I came alone for lunch and brought our children, we all love the food. Something for everyone. I highly recommend giving Tacos and Beer a try. I have to admit the name of the place made me think twice when my husband invited me out to lunch, but I stand corrected great for the whole family!!!“
“Baja Viches is an absolute gem of a Mexican surf-and-turf restaurant in Yuma! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a vibrant and lively ambiance. The menu is a tantalizing mix of seafood and succulent meats, each dish bursting with authentic Mexican flavors and a delightful twist of surf-and-turf goodness. The friendly and attentive staff added to the wonderful experience, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. For those seeking an unforgettable meal, Baja Viches is the ultimate destination.“
“Started going to this place after they started the renovation and located outside for pick up dining. But aside from the challenge parking when it gets packed...the tacos here are amazing and as authentic as it get without crossing the border.. the place opens at 5pm and closes late. But definitely worth it!“
“Zee's catered my son and daughter-in-law's wedding last weekend. The food was amazing. We received dozens of complements about the food. They were great communicating with us. The food was on time and more than enough for everyone. If we ever do a desert wedding or party again, we will definitely be using Zee's Grill.“
“Arguably the best Mexican dinner I've had, and I live in Tucson! Quaint but small interior. Service was generally good, but our waitress was new and brought corn instead of flour tortillas, then disappeared for a long time so our fajita order was consumed w/o tortillas. I had the combo with chile relleno and steak, and both entrees were great! The star of the evening is the salsa. I chatted with the staff a bit while paying the bill, and they claim their secret is all the ingredients are roasted, no boiling. I can believe it - you could put their salsa on cardboard and it would be great, but fortunately they have good chips. Yuma is a long way from Tucson, but I need to find an excuse to come here again!“
“Delicious burritos, very friendly staff! Love the tortillas and the salsa. We had the relleno burrito, the chorizo and the puerco en salsa verde. (Not all at once, the lunch burritos were huge!) They were all excellent, we are definitely coming back!“
“Entered the restaurant, nicely greeted by the staff & quickly sat down to some chips & salsa to watch some basketball & served our favorite cold beverages...had some tacos? and carne asada (little tough & chewy) but the presentation w/rice, beans, and guacamole was good and the service was great.“
“Called in an order on our way to California and the 2 burritos were delicious! Ordered the Regular Burrito (bacon, eggs & potatoes) and the Asada & Egg Burrito. Super fresh, great size burritos and friendly service when picking up our order. Thank you!“
“Amazing food. Place was kind of hard to find because the map marker was placed across the street. But I corrected it. The pork torta was so delicious, the way she toasted the bread. My kids loved the food as well. Nice lady who works there! Highly recommend this place.“
“Oh. My........This place is SPECIAL! Those who know me know I am a fan of all taco trucks. This isn't one of them. This is a BIRRIA TRUCK! It doesn't matter if you want birria on chips, on fries, in tacos, or on a burrito........you come here for that amazing meat. Clearly, these are specialists. And why not? There's good taco trucks in Yuma. Good fish tacos, a place I like for asado.........but for Birria: there simply is no place better, bar none.“
“1st visit: Excellent (the best) Mexican food in Yuma. The bartender struggles to keep up.So, as Yuma slowly transitions from 2nd home to 1st home we continue to search for the best Mexican food to have as our favorite.2nd visit: Had another amazing dinner and wonderful server. Bar service was horrible... I think the bartender recognized me from last time and just doesn't want to serve us... we certainly won't go back for drinks as it was a let down. They will not allow standing at the bar and wanted us to rotate thru 4 people sitting one at a time getting a drink while waiting ... no thanks. Ordered a couple Cadillac margaritas took quite a while. When we tried to get 2nd drinks it took forever and was wrong so I finally got a second drink as everyone else was ready to go. Not sure what their issues are with us but we certainly didn't feel welcome there.... next restaurant, please....3RD VISIT ... YES A 3RD VISIT.So here's the deal.... I am a Mexican Food Fanatic and I want this place to be my favorite Mexican restaurant so bad. I'm your regular SO California white guy that thinks he knows what good Mexican food is based on eating at supposed "traditional food " spots from the southern border of CA to Santa Barbara and I'm talking the tiny taco shops and food trucks of Oxnard, Compton and Santa Barbara and including favorite places in Oaxaca. Although my favorite tacos are Birria, Fish and Lengua and typically "street taco type" I crave a great burrito and folded crunchy taco. I also love the Americanized add ons like chips and amazing salsa. So, it's for the later reasons I love El Charro. The crunchy tacos, chips salsa and Amazeballs burritos and chimi's. If you're really hungry get the asada burrito and have it served "Wet".. the first time I ordered one they photographed it .. it was sooo good.We took 5 people last Tuesday for lunch and it was top notch in every way.. I really need to be fair with the bartender guy. This has been my biggest complaint here. About it being slow and unable to keep up. I asked our server his name and found out they call him Hef .. I so wanted to thank him personally for how he treated us but he had gone. We sat down and ordered margaritas and he had them in front of us in a flash. 2nd round same thing.. and with the biggest happiest welcoming smile. I highly doubt he had a clue I'd been there before or that I have written reviews before and he was just great to us and our guests. I realize it's not always just about Me ( it mostly is) and things aren't always perfect. Current thoughts on El Charro ? My favorite Mexican food in AZ. Super friendly staff and well, Hef ... I'm warming up to you! Thank you!“
“Definitely gonna be my standard for Yuma going forward; been looking for good spots in Yuma for years and have only found 1 other way out in W Yuma by the river. A friend suggested this place. I had a bunch of tacos and a carne asada burrito to go. The salsas were super fresh. All tacos were solid af, and the burrito too, and I will be returning to get to know this place better. You order inside the building, and bring the receipt out to the truck where they prep your food.“
“Have been wanting to try this restaurant and saw it was on DoorDash. Ordered some tacos de papa and some de asada and let me tell you this is some good authentic Mexican food. Not to mention their horchata is so delicious. I would love to go visit the restaurant next.“
“This taco place is just as good or better than the one that started many years ago in Mexicali. The tacos were fresh and delicious. I love their specials for a taco and beer day. The prices are very rrasonable. The menu is simple because they know exactly what they are good at making. Excited to go follow them to see their new establishment in Yuma,Az.“
“Voted Yumas #1 seafood restaurant we decided to give it a try and Mariscos La Apoma did NOT disappoint! We had various dishes such as, botana especial served chilled with shrimp, scallops and octopus covered with lots of avocado and mouthwatering sauces. Ribeye aguachil which was tender and juicy definitely a house specialty! Stuffed shrimp Chile’s momia with mouthwatering special sauce, bacon, and caramelized crunchy onions. For dessert we had pastel de elote with a scoop of ice cream and what kind of tasted a little like pineapple nonetheless delicious, TRY IT!The waitress was very tentative to all of us by serving and removing plates from our table and refilling our drinks with perfect timing. The atmosphere was a little crowded with customer's but after eating there it was understandable.Great food! Great service! We’re coming back for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Very good burritos and prices are cheaper than other places. Wait can be long if you walk in so place order over the phone and should have no problem. I usually just call in and place order to go. Check this place out if craving burritos they also have food plates.“
“Always great food! Get the taco with the Anaheim pepper in the bottom (chipilonas)to add a unique kick of flavor. Everything is made to order and it’s fresh! They have a wide variety of Mexican sodas with cane sugar. It’s easy to forget to pay as they don’t have you pay until you’re finished eating.“
