Carnitas Coronado is a renowned restaurant in Yuma County, serving some of the best carnitas and chicharrones in the region. The salsas and other dishes are also highly praised for their deliciousness. The service is exceptional, with the owners, an older couple, being very friendly and attentive. However, the restaurant's location has changed, and it can be challenging to find if one is not familiar with the area. The restaurant operates on a limited schedule, so it's best to check if they are open before visiting, but the experience is worth the effort.
