“I just want to take a moment to give credit where it’s due.
My wife and I were driving through Blythe on our way to Texas and decided to stop at Taco Bell. We encountered Efrain at the drive through, and he was next level professional with serious customer service skills.
So often we meet people who don’t seem to care, Efrain was eager, ambitious, polite and friendly. He recited our order, remembered our sauces, looked at us in the eye when speaking to us, brought our order out himself. Everything he did just screamed “I take my job seriously and I am grateful to do it.”
5 star service. The food was amazing, but it might have just been the way Efrain treated us in a 2 minute interaction that made all the difference.
Keep training the young man, he’ll go far!“

“It feels like in the middel of no where . Those people are making very delicious burgers . I tried Famous star the bouble . It was so tasty and juicy . Staff was very welcoming and friendly . The only thing I would say needs improvment is the tables are in very bad condition and better hygiene in their restroom . Other then that , their food and staff is wonderful“

“Great customer service! We lost our keys and the gentleman working there yesterday 6/24 at around 3-4pm went above and beyond to try to help us find them and he found them for us in the trash!! Not just anybody would’ve even bothered helping and I’m SO glad he did. We appreciated it so much!! Didn’t catch his name, but thank you again!! Wonderful customer service even before that as well!“
