If you're in Quartzsite and are looking for quick options for lunch, Subway is your best bet for something that isn't super greasy and fried. Service was pleasant and I was excited to see they offer veggie patty here. My veggie patty sub was tasty, with fresh ingredients, and I enjoyed the mix of different chopped veggies inside the patty. I'd go here again for a quick meal.
