Burger Restaurants in Quartzsite

“Visited Carl Jr’s in Quartzite on the way back to Phx. I had trouble accessing my app and Andrea at the order counter was super helpful. She tried multiple times as had I and neither of us were able to access my account. She said that she would honor the free burger with my wife’s chicken tenders order. It resulted in a pleasant outcome vs the frustration I was having with the app prior to her help. She was super friendly and clearly understands the importance of customer service!“

“This review is for the amazing employee Susan. Last July 2025 I went from Riverside to Phoenix, and when I went in I used the kiosk to order but Susan just shined. She was nice and helpful and got me a water after my order came up. She stood out with her smile and kindness, but I am a blender and should not have stood out to her, yet 3 days later when I was going back home she said said hi and welcome back. I was shocked that she would ever remember me and maybe she didn’t but she treated me like she did.
Now here I am again stopping in more than 6 months later and she didn’t say welcome back but I swear she said hi to me like I was her friend stopping in.
I rarely do reviews but I wish Susan was closer to my home. I just love her warmth. I will always stop there when I drive through just to see her smile.

Because let’s face it, Mcds is McDs and our coffees we order are a hit sometimes and miss other times.“
