“We stopped into Jack in the box for a quick takeout order and were pleasantly surprised. The tacos were the best that we have had in a while. And all while there were only two employees working. Very short staffed. Kudos to those two employees!“

“They have good prices here and the food is decent. Most of the staff was super nice and helpful.

I had one pretty negative experience though that seemed pretty unprofessional. I ordered an iced coffee drink, and when I got the order she had made the wrong thing. She insisted that because the new drink I wanted cost more than the one she rang me up for (by $1), that I need to pay for an entirely new drink to get the one I ordered. I asked if I could get refunded for the original drink or just pay the difference, but she said I have to purchase a whole new drink. I totally get paying for a new drink if I ordered the wrong thing, but I ordered the correct thing and had to pay $11 for one drink. I left the other drink on the counter. This just seemed pretty unprofessional, and I have never once encountered an instance where I have to pay for two separate items from a place because of an error on their side. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.“
