They are so nice!
I went through drive through order and they forgot my small fries. I called and they brought large fries with 6 of cookies! Excellent customer service. Food are always excellent!!!

Arby's is usually pretty good at keeping food consistent. But I felt the need to leave a review this time as Ariel's customer service was fantastic. She was super kind and genuinely lifted my mood! Thanks for the great experience! Will definitely be back, plus it looks like their sizing has gone back to normal after they had made their large size a medium a little over a year ago.
