“This is the only location in Lake Havasu that we visit because it's right down the street from our house. The food is always good and the staff is generally friendly. We visited last night, 11/13/2025, and two girls were working. Andrea and Kinsey (I am probably spelling that one wrong) and let me tell you, it was by far the best visit we have ever had there. The two of them were so friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I never had so much fun ordering sandwiches, lol! Those two are by far my favorite staff members and I only wish I could surround all my visits to this store around their work hours.“

“Be careful if you get a sub with giardiniera on it. They use a really hot version of it. It can be overwhelming to those not used to it. I don't recommend it on any sandwich. I am from Chicagoland where you order a Italian beef with hot or mild. This is far hotter than anything I have had. It will ruin your whole sandwich.“
