We frequent this Subway often, and it has always been a good experience with great sandwiches and friendly service. However, our last time was a disappointment. We were not greeted with any eye contact or a smile throughout our entire visit--and we were the only ones in the shop. What a downer. I'm rating them with 4 stars because the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Maybe the person was just having a bad day, but please don't take it out on us. Took my uncle in to get a couple of subs and one for myself. My uncle asked for 1 flat bread and 1 Italian. The young boy or girl tried to give 2 flat bread and he said no 1 flat bread. My uncle apologized for the confusion as the kid grunts while he's putting the other flat bread away. I told my uncle it's okay. Going forward the kid with the silver ring had attitude.
